PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION POLICY
This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that LLC "Izmerkon" (hereinafter referred to as the Company) may receive about a client or partner during the use of the website – izmerkon.ru
1. BASIC CONCEPTS

The following terms and concepts are used in this Privacy Policy:
«ADMINISTRATION of izmerkon.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Site Administration)» – authorized employees managing the technological platform, acting on behalf of the Company, who organize and/or carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed with personal data.
«PERSONAL DATA» - any information relating to an identified or identifiable physical/legal person based on such information, necessary for the Company in connection with the fulfillment of contractual obligations to the User/Client.
In addition, personal data includes data automatically transmitted to the Services during their use via software installed on the User's device, including IP address, cookie information, information about the user's browser (or other program used to access the Services), access time, and the address of the requested page.
«PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA» - collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, dissemination (including transfer), anonymization, blocking, destruction of Clients' personal data.
«USER/CLIENT» – a person who uses the website in the manner regulated by the Site Administration.
«CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL DATA» - a mandatory requirement for the Company's employees who have access to personal data not to allow the dissemination of personal data without the Client's consent or other legal grounds.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. Use of the izmerkon.ru website by the User/Client signifies consent to this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User's/Client's personal data.
2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User/Client must stop using the izmerkon.ru website.
3. The administration of the izmerkon.ru website verifies the accuracy of the personal data provided by the website User.
4. The User/Client, when using the izmerkon.ru Website, confirms that:

3. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Site Administration to maintain confidentiality and ensure the protection regime of personal data that the User provides upon request of the Site Administration when filling out the feedback form on the izmerkon.ru website.
2. Personal data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User/Client by filling out the registration form on the izmerkon.ru website.

3. The Website Administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's/Client's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions by third parties.
4. The Website Administration, together with the User/Client, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's/Client's personal data.
5. If the User/Client does not agree to receive information from the Company, the User/Client can unsubscribe from the mailing list:

• by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email;
• in the personal account on the website, by deselecting previously chosen options;
• by sending a notification to the email zakaz@izmerkon.ru

Upon receipt of notifications at the email zakaz@izmerkon.ru, a request is created in the special software for tracking actions related to the respective User/Client based on the information received from the User/Client. The request is processed within a maximum of 48 hours. As a result, the User's/Client's information is excluded from the mailing segment.

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

1. The User/Client is obliged to:

1. Provide up-to-date information about personal data necessary for using the izmerkon.ru website.
2. Update or supplement the personal data information provided to the Company in case of changes to this information.
2. The Website Administration is obliged to:

0. Use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.
1. Ensure the confidentiality of the confidential information, not disclose it without the prior permission of the User/Client.
2. Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User's/Client's personal data according to the procedures commonly used for protecting such information in existing business practices.

7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

1. The Website Administration, having failed to fulfill its obligations, is liable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except for cases provided for in clauses 5.2., 5.3., and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.
2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Website Administration is not liable if such confidential information:

0. Became publicly available before its loss or disclosure.
1. Was obtained from a third party before being received by the Website Administration.
2. Was disclosed with the consent of the User/Client or by the User/Client themselves.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

1. Before filing a lawsuit regarding disputes arising from relations between the User/Client of the website and the Website Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary dispute resolution).
2. The recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the claim consideration within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim.
3. This Privacy Policy and the relations between the User/Client and the Website Administration are governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

9. ADDITIONAL TERMS

1. The Website Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User/Client.
2. The new Privacy Policy comes into effect from the moment it is posted on the website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.

APPENDIX №1 TO THE USER PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION POLICY

USER CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
By leaving their data on the izmerkon.ru website, as well as filling out the feedback form with personal data, the User accepts this Agreement on the processing of personal data (hereinafter – Consent). Acceptance (acquiescence) of the Consent offer is the completion of the form with personal data in the feedback form on the website at izmerkon.ru.

The User gives their consent to LLC "Izmerkon", which owns the izmerkon.ru website located at izmerkon.ru, to process their personal data under the following conditions:
1. This Consent is given for the processing of personal data, both with and without the use of automation tools.
2. Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data of the User:

1. Personal data that are not special or biometric: last name, first name, patronymic; contact phone numbers; email addresses; information about social media accounts.
3. Purpose of personal data processing: fulfillment of contractual obligations, conducting advertising campaigns and marketing research, including SMS and email mailings.
4. The basis for processing personal data are: Art. 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Art. 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
5. During processing, the following actions will be performed with personal data: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, modification); extraction; use; transfer (distribution, provision, access); anonymization; blocking; deletion; destruction.
6. Transfer of personal data to third parties is carried out based on the legislation of the Russian Federation, a contract involving the personal data subject, or with the consent of the personal data subject. The User gives their consent to the possible transfer of their personal data to third parties.
7. Personal data are processed until the end of processing. Also, the processing of personal data may be terminated at the request of the personal data subject. The term or condition for termination of personal data processing: termination of the activities of LLC "Izmerkon" as a legal entity (liquidation or reorganization).
8. Consent is also given for possible cross-border transfer of personal data and informational (advertising) notifications.
9. Consent may be withdrawn by the personal data subject or their representative by sending a written statement to LLC "Izmerkon" or its representative at the address specified at the beginning of this Consent.
10. In case of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data by the personal data subject or their representative, LLC "Izmerkon" has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the personal data subject if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2 – 11 of part 1 of article 6, part 2 of article 10, and part 2 of article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 26.06.2006.
