Description
The E2353 wood moisture sensor is a member of the new line of multifunctional measuring instruments PluraSens®.
The transducer is designed for measuring wood moisture during kiln drying.
The determination of moisture content (Moisture Content - «MC») is based on electrical conductivity measurements. The device uses durable stainless steel screw electrodes and an insulated connecting cable with an outer sheath made of fluoropolymer (FEP) to ensure stable operation in harsh drying chamber conditions.
When ordering, you can additionally choose the cable length (5/10/15 m) and electrode size (15/25 mm).
The device has two user-configurable analog outputs 0-10 V or 4-20 mA and a digital RS485 Modbus RTU interface for connecting the transmitter to automation systems.
