Description
As a new generation model among temperature and humidity sensors, the AHT20 sets a new standard in terms of size and performance:
• SMD – package with dual-row flat contacts, suitable for reflow soldering;
• bottom surface 3x3 mm;
• height 1.0 mm.
The sensor output signal is calibrated in the standard IIC format.
The AHT20 is equipped with a newly developed specialized ASIC chip, an improved MEMS semiconductor humidity sensor, and a standard on-chip temperature sensor. Its performance has been significantly enhanced, and the reliability level has surpassed that of previous generation sensors.
The production of temperature and humidity sensors has been improved to make their operation more stable under harsh conditions.
Each sensor is calibrated and tested, and the product batch number is printed on the product surface. Thanks to improvements and the reduced sensor size, it has become more cost-effective, and ultimately, any device will benefit from the use of modern energy-saving operating modes.
