New dew point sensors with digital and analog outputs — FA 510 / FA 515

Description

Dew point sensors FA 510 and FA 515 are devices for measuring the dew point temperature in compressed air environments. The devices can perform measurements even in extremely dry air (down to -80°CTd). The standard application of the sensor is measuring the dew point during gas drying using both adsorption and refrigeration dryers. The device can operate at pressures up to 50 bar, and a special version of the device is also available for measurements at pressures up to 350 bar. A measuring chamber equipped with a quick-release connection is available as an accessory. With optional software, it is possible to configure the analog output to display values in % RH, °Ctd, g/m³, mg/m³, ppm V/V.

Compared to previous versions of the sensors (FA 410 and FA 510), the sensors are equipped with more advanced sensitive elements and electronic components. In particular, improvements were made to the temperature compensation calculation algorithm. This has led to increased accuracy and signal resolution of the sensors. The sensitive element of the devices is insensitive to condensate and, thanks to the sintered steel cap, is protected from direct contact with dirt particles.
