Description
In the DI/G-27 hydrostatic level transmitters, highly reliable ceramic piezoresistive or capacitive capacitors, or sapphire sensors are used as the sensitive element responding to pressure, depending on the application conditions of the transmitters. After automatic temperature compensation, as well as digital correction and conversion, a standardized output signal is provided.
The manufacturing process of the transmitters, as well as the control of the technological process, strictly adhere to standards and regulations. To ensure high stability and reliability, each product is carefully designed, components are selected, transmitters undergo curing processes, stress relief during pressure cycling, high-temperature aging, and are also subjected to environmental simulation tests.
The DI/G-27 level transmitter features a universal design suitable for multi-industry applications; transmitters can also be produced in special versions for various industrial fields. Upon customer request, a thorough analysis of the working environment and application conditions can be conducted, the most suitable transmitters selected, and precise adjustment of the transmitter can be performed at the production facility according to the user's specific requirements.
