Description
Water-cooled pressure sensors are used for accurate measurement of static and dynamic pressure in liquids with temperatures up to 350°C. The sensor with a built-in silicon chip and four diffused measuring resistance resistors is located in a water-cooled housing. Pressure is transmitted from a flat steel membrane through oil to the sensor, thus isolating the medium from the silicon chip. This allows for precise measurements over a wide range of temperatures and pressures. Thanks to the original design with water reactor cooling, these sensors find many applications in the chemical industry and in various testing procedures.
