High-precision OEM pressure transducer — LX Series

Description

The LX series pressure sensors allow equipment manufacturers to obtain a ready-made high-quality sensor without spending much time and resources on development and research, suitable both for embedding in more complex devices and for use as a compact transducer.

Sensors with an outer diameter of no more than 19 mm (other sizes available as an option), a welded diaphragm, and an extremely stable piezoresistive sensitive element are ideal for easy integration into a wide variety of equipment. When used in aggressive environments, Hastelloy C-276 can be used instead of stainless steel 316 as the material.

In addition, this sensor is equipped with advanced signal amplification electronics, providing both analog and digital outputs, range adjustment, and mathematical error correction. Thus, the sensor accuracy is determined by the total error, which includes linearity, hysteresis, repeatability, and temperature dependence effects within the specified temperature range. The measurement range for the analog output can be reassigned within 10-110% of the base range, allowing the production of an extremely wide range of end products using only a limited number of sensors.
