Description
The 23SXio series pressure sensors with integrated IO-Link interface offer high accuracy and can function both as pressure transducers and configurable pressure switches.
Thanks to support for the IEC 61131-9 standard, the IO-Link interface provides easy integration of 23SXio devices into intelligent automated systems. Through this interface, remote control of switching functions and settings is possible, which speeds up equipment commissioning and allows flexible adaptation of parameters to specific tasks. This contributes to reducing downtime and easing operation.
All components in contact with the working medium are made of stainless steel. Reliability and durability are ensured by a fully welded design without internal seals, making the 23SXio series resistant to harsh operating conditions.
The 23SXio series is the optimal choice for modern automated systems where accuracy, reliability, and the ability for rapid reconfiguration are important.

Specifications |
||
| Pressure | ||
| Accuracy at room temperature (20…25°C) | ≤ ± 0.1% FSO | Linearity (best fit straight line), pressure hysteresis, repeatability, zero offset, gain factor |
| Total error (-10…80°C) | ≤ ± 0.25% FSO | Maximum deviation within the compensated pressure and temperature range. Experience shows that outside the compensated temperature range, the total error within the ambient temperature range increases by 0.1% FSO. |
| Compensated temperature range | -10…80°C | Other temperature ranges within -40…125 °C are optionally available. |
| Long-term stability | ≤ ± 0.15% FSO | Per year under standard conditions, annual recalibration is recommended |
| Position dependence | ≤ ± 1.5 mbar | Calibrated in vertical mounting position with downward threaded connection |
| Resolution | 0.005% FSO | |
| Signal stability | 0.03% FSO | No noise |
| Internal measurement frequency | 2500 Hz | Maximum output frequency is 1600 Hz (cycle time 600 µs). |
| Pressure range margin | ± 10% | Outside the pressure range margin, +Inf / -Inf is displayed. If an error occurs in the device, NaN is displayed. |
| Vacuum resistance | For operating pressure ≤ 0.1 bar abs., a version optimized for vacuum is recommended. | |
| Note | For operating pressures < 1 bar, all values are given considering the full scale output (FSO) signal corresponding to 1 bar. | |
| Temperature | ||
| Accuracy (-10…80 °C) | ≤ ± 2°C | Temperature is measured on the pressure sensor (silicon chip) located behind the metal isolation diaphragm. Values are valid within the compensated temperature range. |
| Resolution | ≤ 0.01°C | |
| Internal measurement frequency | ≥ 10 Hz | |
