Description
The 41 X series is a ceramic sensing element for low pressures with μP electronics used in Series 30 transmitters. The temperature and pressure sensor signals are calculated using polynomial compensation. The transmitter can be reprogrammed, and measurement values can be displayed and stored on a PC. For more details on compensation algorithms and software, see the next page
Transmitters are programmed for standard measurement ranges. The PROG30 software allows you to configure the analog output signal to any range within the measured range (i.e., for a 100 mbar range, the output signal can be set to 4…20 mA for 20…60 mbar).
Using the KELLER RS K-100 converter, up to 128 transmitters can be combined into a single bus system and data can be read on a computer or laptop. The READ30 software allows reading the readings of each transmitter or pressure changes of several transmitters and recording data from them as long as they are connected "online".
By default, sensors have a digital RS485 output but can also be equipped with an optional analog output: 4…20 mA / 0…10 V. Through the digital output, in addition to the pressure signal, the temperature signal on the sensor can be read, which can be useful for static processes.
