Description
These piezoresistive pressure transmitters are approved for use in hazardous areas of group II (gas and dust). Possible hazardous zones for the use of pressure transmitters, categories and groups of explosive mixtures of gases and vapors with air – in accordance with the requirements of the Customs Union Technical Regulation TR CU 012/2011 "On the safety of equipment for operation in explosive atmospheres". Explosion protection marking: 0ExiaIICT4/T5/T6.
The Y series transmitters have a very small temperature error. This is achieved by using an additional circuit that includes a temperature sensor, which divides the temperature range into sections 1.5K wide. The values of zero temperature coefficient and compensation temperature coefficient are calculated for each section and embedded in the additional circuit. During the operation of the transmitter, these values are included in the analog signal depending on the temperature. Each temperature value is the "calibration temperature" for this transmitter. Accuracy is mainly determined by linearity. The possible temperature range of 180K is represented by 120 sections. The wider the temperature range, the greater the number of tests required to minimize the error of this mathematical model.
Available versions:
Absolute, barometric, relative (gauge and vacuum).
Various pressure ranges and different current and voltage output signals are available.
