Universal Pressure Calibrator — UKD-33

Description

The universal pressure calibrator UKD-33 allows measurements to be carried out using an external pressure transducer IZMERKON DX-33 as a standard, and to interact with a portable computer or laptop. The IZMERKON DX-33 transducer is registered in the State Register of Measuring Instruments and is approved for Verification. Measurements are carried out by a reference digital transducer, which eliminates additional measurement errors caused by an analog output signal.

To ensure the highest quality of products and services during production and testing, the customer needs a pressure sensor that guarantees accuracy and reliability. The IZMERKON DX-33 series transducers, known for their stability and accuracy up to 0.025% of the upper measurement limit, are designed specifically for such cases. They meet special requirements for industrial and laboratory applications where measurement stability and accuracy are critical. That is why these sensors are used as part of our calibrator. A wide range of possible measurement ranges combined with high accuracy allows covering the maximum number of calibrated transducers with a minimal number of standards.

Power is supplied directly from the communication line via a USB converter or from an external source when connected in groups. It is ideal for metrological services, laboratories, and production facilities where reliability and measurement accuracy are critical.

The software supplied in the kit allows for quick deployment of a testing or monitoring station and to perform all necessary measurements with recording limited only by the internal storage capacity of the laptop.

In addition to pressure, the calibrator is also capable of recording a temperature channel.

The universal calibrator UKD-33 can be supplied with various types of pressure setters, such as IZMERKON PR10-60 or IZMERKON GR700-1000. The choice depends on the measurement ranges of the fleet of calibrated pressure transducers.

Options

For an accuracy class of 0.01% full scale, the pressure transducer can be equipped with a reference transducer from the Swiss manufacturer Keller AG. Upon request, the calibrator can be supplied with a laptop according to the Customer's technical requirements.
