Universal Compact Press — THP-1000, THP-600, THP-400

Description

Universal compact presses (pressure setters) models THP-1000, THP-600, THP-400 are used to set the required hydraulic or pneumatic pressure, vacuum, as well as for calibration of pressure measuring instruments (pressure sensors, manometers, vacuum gauges, manovacuum gauges, differential manometers, etc.) by comparing the readings of a reference measuring instrument with the instrument being calibrated.

In addition, the devices can be used for pressure testing the tightness of various technical products and systems (valves, gate valves, valves, etc.), as well as mobile pressure sources for laboratory and production needs that do not require connection to external communications.

All presses of the THP-1000, THP-600, THP-400 series are made of high-quality stainless steel and equipped with two self-tightening chucks. The instrument to be calibrated is connected to the self-tightening chuck by hand force, providing a reliable connection up to 100 MPa. Two plugs from the self-tightening chucks are securely attached to the press with chains, preventing their loss during press operation.

The press is designed for long-term use, with a service life of at least 15 years. The reliability of the press is ensured by the use of materials such as high-quality stainless steel, titanium, and ceramics in its construction.
