Description
The LSP test comparative pump is used to generate pressure for testing, debugging, and calibrating mechanical and electronic pressure measuring instruments using the comparative measurement method. These procedures can be carried out in laboratories, workshops, or directly at the measurement site.
The pump easily creates hydraulic pressure up to 1600 bar. It features a very convenient pressure adjustment system and shut-off valve control. Ideal for checking pressure gauges and sensors. Simply place this pump on any flat surface and, with almost no effort, create the required pressure. The non-slip base firmly holds on almost any surface.
During testing, the device under test and the reference instrument are connected to the pump, after which the same pressure is applied to both instruments. Calibration or adjustment can be performed by comparing the readings at various pressure values.
To generate pressure of precise value, LR-Cal LSP test pumps are equipped with a fine adjustment wheel. Additionally, LSP series instruments have a threaded spindle that moves exclusively within the instrument housing. This ensures no bending moment on the protruding spindle rod and keeps the tool dimensions unchanged during use. The pump requires only a small effort to generate pressure. For easier use, LSPs are equipped with a lever pump.
The following LSP pump versions are available:
- LSP 1000-H – up to 1000 bar
- LSP 1200-H – up to 1200 bar
