Hydraulic comparative pump — LSP-4000

Description

LSP-4000 is a pressure generator for testing, debugging, and calibrating mechanical and electronic pressure measuring instruments using the comparative measurement method.

The device can be used in laboratories, workshops, or directly at the measurement site. During testing, the test and reference instruments are connected to the pump, after which the same pressure is applied to both instruments. Accuracy verification and/or debugging of the test pressure measuring instrument can be performed
by comparing the two measured values at any given pressure value.

The built-in two-zone spindle pump with a switching valve ensures rapid filling of the test system and smooth pressure build-up.

At the same time, the precisely adjustable spindle pump also serves for fine pressure adjustment. The pressure build-up control scheme on the instrument support facilitates quick and easy operation.

Two connections are equipped with coupling sleeves with internal G1/2" threads with double-sided metal cones. The delivery set includes two threaded adapters M16x1.5 external. Other threaded adapters are available for calibrating instruments with various connection threads.
