Description
The calibration pump is used to generate pressure or create a vacuum for testing, adjusting, and calibrating mechanical and electronic pressure measuring instruments by the comparative method. These tests can be conducted in laboratories, workshops, or directly at the measurement site.
The tested instrument and a sufficiently accurate reference device are connected to the pump simultaneously, after which the pump supplies pressure of the same strength to both. By comparing the readings of the two devices, the accuracy of the tested instrument can be determined and adjusted. Despite the small size of the pump, it is easy to use and allows generating pressure precisely at the required value. With the help of a special valve, the device can also be switched to vacuum mode. The pump is equipped with a valve that allows precise adjustment of the supplied pressure. The reference instrument is connected to the pump from above, and the tested one is connected using a high-pressure hose, which includes a 1/4” internal thread adapter supplied with the device.
The following LPP pump models are available:
- LPP 40: pressure range -0.95...+40 bar
- LPP 60: pressure range -0.95...+60 bar
