Description
The K-114 converter converts a USB signal into a standard half-duplex RS 485 signal and is used to connect devices to a computer with a USB port. The converter and connected transducers are powered via the USB connection. An external power supply can also be connected to power a large number of sensors. It is recommended to use the K-114 converter with Keller products.
The K-114 converter allows you to:
- convert a USB signal to RS 485 (half-duplex);
- measure signal voltage (0…12 V), for example, the voltage at the pressure transducer signal output;
- measure power consumption of connected devices (in the range of 0…40 mA).
The K-114 converter features:
- LED indication signaling the status and configuration of the converter;
- isolation between the computer and the converter;
- diagnostic tools.
