Description
The E2611-CH4 methane detector is a representative of the new line of multifunctional measuring instruments PluraSens®.
The detector can be used in kitchens equipped with gas stoves, boiler rooms, and other premises where potentially explosive concentrations of methane may accumulate.
By default, the alarm triggers at 20% LEL and 50% LEL of methane. The user can also set other threshold concentration values.
Thanks to two relays with normally open contacts, the detector can be used for remote notification and control. An audible alarm also sounds when threshold concentrations are reached.
The detector is equipped with a fully calibrated latest-generation metal oxide sensor with temperature compensation, ensuring high stability and reliability of readings, as well as a long service life of the device.
To connect the detector to ventilation, security, and building automation systems, two configurable analog outputs and an RS485 interface operating via the Modbus RTU protocol can be used.
