Description
aSENSE MIII – is a controller with built-in sensors for simultaneous monitoring of carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide levels. Based on these parameters, the software module can, for example, control the intensity of ventilation and send alarm signals to the security system. aSENSE MIII can operate both independently and when connected to building automation systems. Output signals from 0-10 V to 4-20 mA can be changed independently by rearranging jumpers on the board. There is a UART output that can be converted to RS485.
Applications
aSENSE MIII is applicable in any large premises where there may be a risk of poisoning from combustion products, such as public garages, motor pools, tunnels, and mines. The sensor allows simultaneous measurement of CO and CO2 levels, which not only ensures safety but also helps save electricity in adaptive ventilation systems. aSENSE MIII can either independently control ventilation or be integrated into a large system. For monitoring especially large spaces, several sensors can be combined into a simple relay loop to control two-speed exhaust fans.
